Alexa Bergeron Hi! My name is Alexa Bergeron and I am 17 years old. I just recently quit competing as a competitive gymnast due to a back injury. I competed for 9 years and reached my goal to be a Level 10 competitive gymnast and qualified for state at that level. Participating at state, Region 8 Regionals, Jr. Olympics and Eastern Nationals was a great accomplishment for me. Gymnastics afforded me a great opportunity to travel as I competed across the state of Georgia, in Las Vegas, NV, Chicago, IL, New York, New York, South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Mississippi. I attend Our Divine Saviour Catholic Church and am a member of our Youth Group. I love coaching gymnastics, and I see coaching as a big part of my life now and in the future. I want to help girls and boys learn the sport and accomplish their goals and fulfill their dreams for their future. Back to Top |

Erica Pope My name is Erica Pope. I am from Valdosta, GA and am a student at Valdosta State University, majoring in Middle School Education. I am a former optional-level gymnast and was also a competitive high school cheerleader. For the last three years, I have coached recreational and competitive gymnastics, for levels 2-7. I have choreographed floor and beam routines for optional and prep-optional gymnasts in Tifton, Thomasville, Valdosta and Moultrie, Georgia. As a coach, one of the most rewarding experiences was having the opportunity to coach my younger sister Lauren as an optional gymnast. Currently I am coaching levels 4-6 at Dream It. Gymnastics has been my passion since I was a little girl, and I love sharing my enthusiasm for the sport with the kids I coach. My goal is to make a positive impact on the children I coach and help them become the best they can be! Back to Top |

Kristen deJong Hey, my name is Kristen deJong. I am sixteen years old and have actively been involved in gymnastics for 7 years. I competed all over the USA and was lucky enough to meet some amazing people. My biggest joy in gymnastics was the friendships I made, these I know will last a lifetime. I won two all-around state championships in level 7 and 8 and qualified for nationals twice at level 9. I earned a spot on the Georgia Level 8 Regional Team. My goal is to help every gymnast I coach to enjoy gymnastics as much as I do. Back to Top |

Nate Kelly Howdy! My name is Nate Kelley. I am a former male gymnast from Paulding County, GA. I competed with the Cartersville Twisters team. For 8 ½ years I competed and excelled in gymnastics until a back injury sidelined my competitive career. In Class 4 and 6, I was the Georgia All Around Age Group State Champion, went to nationals four years, made it onto the regional team for nationals and qualified for National finals on the pommel horse. In level 10, I was ranked as one of the top 50 male gymnasts in the nation. I began coaching after my injury and it has become a big part of my life. I love seeing kids excel and become better in sports. My goal is to help these children transfer what they learn in gymnastics and carry it through to other sports and other areas of their lives.
